Your use of the Ropeworks website and downloading of any of the materials contained in it confirms your unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Prices and Discounts

1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Prices quoted exclude taxes applicable in buyer's locality. Buyer has to settle all of such taxes.
3. Items which you have selected and placed in your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product page. However, you should check to see that the price has not changed from when you first placed the item in your cart. This is because an item's price may sometimes change, due to discounts and exchange rates for example, between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.
4. Certain discounts are available for a limited period only and while stocks last.
5. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Ropeworks.
6. Goods can only be exchanged if you receive an incorrect item which is clearly not what is indicated and ordered by you in the online order sheet or online shop. In this unlikely event, we will offer to replace it for you provided that you return the items to us within 21 days and we will refund your postage costs**. The items returned must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
7. If you wish to cancel your order after you have confirmed your order and the delivery is already underway to you, you may do so bearing in mind that a refund will only be granted after you return the goods back to us, undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. You will have to bear all costs incurred for the return of the goods back to Ropeworks. For all cancelled orders, Ropeworks will charge a 30% cancellation fee of total order value.
8. Should you wish to amend your order after you have confirmed it, you may do so but a 10% administration fee will be levied on your final bill if the order has already been processed. No amendments will be accepted after dispatch of order to you. Any amendments made after delivery is underway to you will be considered as a cancellation and will conform to point No.8 in the Prices and Discounts section of this Terms and Conditions page.

Delivery

1. Ropeworks will always try to ensure that your ropes are delivered to you in the shortest period possible. However, there will be situations when deliveries are delayed due to factors beyond our control. Such situations include deliveries during peak periods (e.g.. holiday seasons such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, May-August periods), deliveries to remote areas and delays which arise directly or indirectly from strikes, custom or import delays, wars and natural calamities. In such situations, Ropeworks will endeavour to make sure that your ropes are delivered to you as soon as possible. But we ask for your patience and allowance for extra time for your deliveries in such circumstances.
2. Deliveries to remote areas may incur extra charges. In such cases, Ropeworks will let you know in advance the costs that you will incur and obtain your confirmation of purchase before processing your order.

Risk of loss

1. The risk of loss of all items purchased from Ropeworks will be passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Products, Content and Specifications

1. Ropeworks reserves the right to change all products, content, specifications and prices of products at any time without notice.
2. While Ropeworks will try to accurately display the attributes of our ropes including their colours, we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
3. It is your duty to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and international laws (including minimum age requirements) with regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website.
4. Ropeworks will not be held responsible and/or accountable for any harm and damage caused to personal and/or private property as a result of using ropes purchased from Ropeworks.

Termination

1. Ropeworks reserves the right to change, remove, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of this website at any anytime without notice.
2. You or we may suspend or terminate your account or your use of this website at any time, for any reason or for no reason.
3. You are personally liable for any orders that you place and payments for your orders, prior to termination.
4. Ropeworks reserves the right to cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Privacy Policy

1. Ropeworks will observe strict confidentiality and will not share, distribute and sell your personal particulars to third parties. Personal particulars would refer to your name, postal address, telephone/fax numbers and email address.

Applicable Law

1. By visiting www.ropeworks.com, you agree that the laws of the Republic of Singapore will govern these Conditions of Use and all proceedings in relation to any matter in dispute arising out of or in connection with you and Ropeworks shall be commenced in the courts of the Republic of Singapore and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
